Banana Blueberry Breakfast Boost Bowl (Serves 1)
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk or yogurt (your choice: dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
1 ripe banana (sliced)
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbsp mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips or drops
Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
Prepare Base:
Add oats to a bowl. Pour over the milk or dollop the yogurt on top (depending on your preference).Layer Fruit:
Arrange banana slices on one side and blueberries on the other.Add Crunch:
Sprinkle the chopped nuts in the center or over the top.Chocolate Hit:
Scatter chocolate drops over everything (they’ll slightly melt into the oats — yum!).Finishing Touch:
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired. Add a pinch of cinnamon if you're feeling fancy.
